    We Purchased a hot/tub from David a few months back for a small business and found the entire experience perfect. From date of order to day of delivery David was excellent with communication.     We are a year into living with our amazing hot tub. Build quality is top notch, installation was perfect. As a family, we enjoy this 3 or 4 times a week. Really efficient wood burner. Also great customer support. One of the clips that hold the cover down broke during the storm, contacted the seller and replacement clips were sent out. Would highly recommend

    I cannot recommend David enough! From start to finish, he was absolutely exceptional. The delivery was prompt, and he took the time to walk us through every detail, ensuring we understood how to use and maintain our hot tub. He was always available to answer any questions. A few months after we started using it, we accidentally damaged one of the internal pipes due to a mishandling on our part. David didn’t hesitate for a second – he responded immediately and came over to help us fix the issue with such efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. It’s clear that you can truly rely on him, he is incredibly trustworthy, and the quality of his hot tubs is outstanding. From feedback from some of our customers, they found that the calming effect of the warm water, combined with the stimulation of the jets, and the sounds and smells of the hot tub helped to reduce the sensory overload experienced by their child.

Simply remove the barrel bands from your hot tub. Tape off any parts you do not want paint to get on Ie the buttons, and paint with a suitable oil-based paint.

What is the difference between an internal and external heater?

An internal heater is built into the hot tub. The external heater is situated outside of the hot tub.

How long does it take a wood fired hot tub to heat?

Our hot tubs are very well insulated underneath. Combined with our insulated cover, the heating times are extremely fast.

Depending on the model it takes from 1hr 30 mins to 2hrs to heat.

How can I empty the hot tub?

All our hot tubs come with a drain valve or drainpipe to allow for easy drainage of the hot tub.

Can I place my hot tub on decking?

Yes, provided the decking has been constructed correctly and able to carry the load of the hot tub, approximately 1500kg when full of water and people.
